The cats and the moon

This is one of the simplest and amazing works I did while studying in Barcelona: had to create a tale, and illustrate it with mixed media.

The tale is really bad and simple, but using only 4 blocks to explain the tale was completely fun and educative: the moon and the background are xilography, and the two cats are linoleum.

Another engraving work, really difficult to achieve, because the technique was to draw directly in the matrix with the engraving ink with a brush, and pray for a good image. And, somehow, the results are awesome, never expected but welcomed. Really, really loved this technique.
